To help the TPG party squad understand what you’re looking for, please fill out our “Inquiry form“. We will then contact you to gather more details. Once we decide on your vision, we will send over a proposal of services. We do require a $50 non refundable deposit to reserve your date. Full payments are required 2 weeks prior to the event.

It’s never too early. We recommend As soon as you have a date! 
Even if you are not entirely sure of a design or concept yet, but know you want TPG there, you can reserve your date with a $50 deposit and we can sort out the details later!

No job is too big or small. We cater to all budgets. Please visit our pricing catalog for more details on our minimum installation requirements and pricing.

This depends on what exactly we’re styling & installing. Time will vary based on the scale of the design. 
 

We got you covered! Have your doctor’s office send us an email to [email protected] with the gender. If your bff4l, mom or family member knows they can always send us an email too!

TPG covers Nassau & Suffolk county, Long Island as well as Manhattan. Delivery fees do apply.

We only work with the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons on the market. Our natural rubber latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. We also advocate smart balloon practices; keep balloons secure and weighted, do not release in the air, and properly dispose of balloons once they are popped or deflated

Life happens! We get it! In the event you need to reschedule your booking, we will happily apply your deposit to a future date.
Orders cancelled within 1 week of the party will no longer be eligible for a reschedule. Deposits are not refundable. All grab & go orders must be rescheduled 1 week before event date.

TPG loves to be a part of all celebrations and parties. Our grab & go garlands are the perfect blend of creating IG worthy pictures while ballin’ on a budget. This is a perfect trendy, budget friendly alternative that still gets it poppin’. Garlands come fully constructed by the party squad and are hung and styled by you.

We use the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons on the market. Balloon installs can last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions. Outdoor balloon installs must be placed in a shaded area. Balloons WILL pop under extreme heat and direct sunlight. Helium balloons are very sensitive to extreme heat and cold. Depending on the conditions, balloons could be affected.

TPG is not responsible for balloons once they are delivered, Direct sun, weather, branches, toddlers, brick walls, hot cars etc. are a few examples of things that can pop your balloons.
Once delivered, TPG is not held responsible for any balloons that pop, stolen, get lost, or are let go of.
